Our Games operate partially or fully offline, meaning game data—including purchased virtual currencies (consumables such as gems, coins) and items unlocked with them (such as skins, cosmetics, or progress)—is stored locally on your device unless explicit cloud save or online account integration is provided.

• Device Change & App Deletion: Uninstalling the application, clearing game data, or changing your device will result in the permanent loss of locally stored consumable purchases and unlocked items. We are not responsible for restoring lost local data.
• Future Online & Hybrid Features: We reserve the right to introduce online or hybrid modes in future updates. While online features may offer cloud backups or server-based accounts, offline gameplay data will remain subject to local device storage rules.

If a user requests a refund for any in-app purchase that has already been used (including but not limited to in-game currency, items, or services), the user’s account may enter a negative balance state. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to apply the following restrictions until the negative balance is cleared:

• Suspension of access to paid cosmetic items.
• Restriction from participating in online modes, matches, or competitions.
• Limitation of certain in-game features and services.

To resolve a negative balance, the user must either repurchase the required amount of currency or earn it through gameplay. This system prevents abuse and protects the integrity of the game ecosystem.
