These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mobile games developed and published by Solocode Studio Games (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading or playing any of our Games, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Games

The Games are for entertainment purposes only.
You may not attempt to hack, cheat, reverse engineer, or exploit the Games in any way.
You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

2. In-App Purchases

Some of our Games may offer in-app purchases, processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

Negative Balance, Refund Abuse, and Access Restrictions:

If a user requests a refund for any in-app purchase that has already been used (including but not limited to in-game currency, items, or services), the user’s account may enter a negative balance state. In Bundled cases, the Company reserves the right to apply the following restrictions until the negative balance is cleared:

Suspension of access to paid cosmetic items.
Restriction from participating in online modes, matches, or competitions.
Limitation of certain in-game features and services.

To resolve a negative balance, the user must either repurchase the required amount of currency or earn it through gameplay. This system prevents abuse and protects the integrity of the game ecosystem.

3. Advertisements

Our Games may contain advertisements, including rewarded video ads.
Some ads may be personalized if you are over 13 and have consented. Otherwise, only non-personalized ads will be shown.
Rewards from ads are provided by the game, not the advertiser.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the Games, including but not limited to device performance, crashes, or network failures.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Games if you violate these Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by local law.
